Design
One of our core specialities is in streetlight design, providing designs for new residential subdivisions, major and minor unban roads, state highways, and rural roading. We provide designs and project plans for streetlight upgrades. Our design work meets AS/NZS 1158.
As part of the planning process, before embarking on streetlight design, we consult with key stakeholders to ensure that key areas of concern are addressed, such as:

- Pedestrian, cycle and bus routes
- Efficiency
- Life cycle costs
- Aesthetics
Project Management
We provide project management services on behalf of our clients, ensuring that sub-contractors meet project deliverables (time, budget, specification).
Asset Management
We provide asset management services for streetlight maintenance contracts, and have significant experience in using the RAMM asset management system. We manage the maintenance contracts on behalf of the asset owner, ensuring the maintenance contractor meets the requirements of the maintenance contract, and is delivering value for money to our clients. Councils that do not have in house expertise in street lighting find this service invaluable. Using KPIs we can monitor and evaluate contract performance on a monthly basis.
RFT Proposal and Evaluation
We produce RFT documents on behalf of our clients to ensure that submitted tenders meet the client's commercial and technical requirements. Using our knowledge we can ensure that important issues are fully addressed, such as energy efficiency, life cycle costs, quality assurance and health and safety management. We assist our clients in the evaluation and selection of contractors for the respective works.
